Had several qoute's for a 1.8m frameless shower screen. When it came time to get it installed I googled and came across Trinity. James estimated quote over phone and was there the next day to measure... up. James gave us different options for size of panels anddoor. When James came to install he was not happy with the fit as the panels had been cut wrong, so got them recut. We had two shower screens to be installed at the same time in April 2019, one to a granny flat and one to a new ensuite. I was concerned that we did not drill through the waterproofing membrane when... installing the shower. I emailed James and another installer. James answered my questions comprehensively and gave me confidence that he understood the issues and was capable of doing the right job. We engaged James to do the work. He came when he said he would to measure (which was out of hours because we both work and James worked around that). We thought we knew what we wanted but after some questions and advice from Mark who was concerned to ensure that we got the shower screens that best suited the layout, we changed our original plan for the granny flat screen. In other words, James knew what the finished product would look like, what the possible issues were and took the time to explain those to us to ensure we were making the best choice for us. Less than a week later James had received the glass panels and was installing our shower screens. Again, James arrived when he said he would, was accommodating, and did a fabulous job.
